It depends.
As of late 2012, Adobe discontinued development of the Flash player for the Android operating system. Unfortunately too, the new Android video player itself doesn't yet support closed captions. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and when technology becomes available, the AEA Digital Library will be updated accordingly.
If however you have an Flash enable Android model prior to November 2012, you may enable the captions by clicking the CC icon, as illustrated below.
As on desktop computers, simply touch the
button on the player to activate the captions.
